EFFECTIVE JANUARY 1, 2026, THE CREDIT UNIONS NEW FRIDAY HOURS ARE 9-5! MAKE SURE YOU SIGN UP FOR ONLINE BANKING, MOBILE DEPOSIT, AND DEBIT CARDS TO MAKE YOUR CASH MORE ACCESSIBLE.

EXCITING NEWS!
COMING MAY OF 2026: We will be transitioning to a new debit card processing system to offer more features with our debit cards! They will have access to pay with APPLE PAY, SAMSUNG PAY, AND GOOGLE PAY. We will also be able to print cards on sight if you were to have an issue with your card like fraud!
ATTENTION CREDIT CARD HOLDERS
WE ARE MOVING OUR CREDIT CARDS TO A NEW PROCESSOR EFFECTIVE JUNE 15, 2026. THERE WILL BE NO CHANGE TO YOUR EXISTING CARD. THE CARD YOU CURRENTLY HAVE WILL TRANSFER TO OUR NEW PROCESSOR. THEREFORE, EFFECTIVE MARCH 31, 2026 YOU WILL NOT BE ABLE TO ACCESS YOUR CREDIT CARD THRU THE ONLINE BANKING OR THE MOBILE APP. YOU CAN STILL ACCESS YOUR CREDIT CARD AND MAKE PAYMENTS BY LOGGING IN DIRECTLY TO ezcardinfo.com.
THIS WILL ONLY BE TEMPORARY UNTIL OUR NEW PROCESSOR TAKES OVER ON JUNE 15, 2026.

IF YOU HAVE RECENTLY MOVED OR CHANGED YOUR PHONE NUMBER, WE NEED YOU TO CONTACT THE CREDIT UNION AND UPDATE YOUR INFORMATION. fAILURE TO DO SO WILL RESULT IN YOU NOT RECEIVING YOUR NEW CARD IN THE MAIL (AS IT WILL NOT FORWARD). IF YOU FAIL TO UPDATE THE CREDIT UNION OF A NEW ADDRESS (AND YOU DO NOT RECEIVE YOUR CARD), YOU WILL HAVE TO PAY TO HAVE ANOTHER CARD ISSUED AND SENT TO YOU. WE DO NOT WANT TO CHARGE OUR MEMBERS, SO IT IS IMPORTANT THAT YOU KEEP US UP TO DATE WITH CURRENT CONTACT INFORMATION. THE CELL PHONE MUST BE KEPT UP TO DATE BECAUSE WE SEND TEXT MESSAGES IF FRAUD IS SUSPECTED AND WE WANT YOU TO VERIFY IF THE CHARGE IS VALID OR FRAUD. THIS WILL HELP TO PREVENT LOSS OF MONEY TO YOUR ACCOUNT AND HAVING YOUR CARD BLOCKED BECAUSE OF NO RESPONSE. THANK YOU SO MUCH FOR YOUR COOPERATION. REMEMBER, WE WILL NEVER ASK YOU TO PROVIDE ACCOUNT NUMBERS OR PRIVATE INFORMATION. IF YOU RECEIVE A CALL FROM SOMEONE ASKING FOR PRIVATE INFORMATION, HANG UP.
